Party Sponsorship Policy
Requirements for sponsoring a guest to a HPEP party:
- Must be an active member in good standing with HPEP to sponsor a new guest.
- Minimum attendance to at least two (2) HPEP parties within the previous 6 months before a member can sponsor a new guest.
- May only sponsor one (1) person to a party.
- Must accompany guest for entry, attendance throughout the party and leave with or after the guest leaves.
- A sponsored person can only be sponsored once a quarter (every 3 months).
- Sponsor must contact Membership Coordinator, at least 24 hours before party, to notify of sponsoring someone.
Note: Sponsee’s actions are a direct reflection of the HPEP member who sponsors them. If sponsored person is asked to leave or causes significant problem at event, the HPEP member who sponsors them is subject to disciplinary actions against their membership within the club.
