As a member
- Must be an active member in good standing with HPEP
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must agree to abide by the rules of the club or party, while in attendance of any HPEP event
- Must sign a Liability Waiver
As a Guest of a Member
- Must have a sponsor in good standing with HPEP
- Must be accompanied by sponsor for entry, attendance throughout the party and leave before or when the sponsor leaves the party
- Member must contact the HPEP Membership Coordinator or board member a minimum of two (2) days prior to the party to request the guest name be added to the sponsored guest list
As a newcomer (non-sponsored)
- Must attend at least three (3) HPEP events, one of which must be a Newcomer’s Munch, prior to attending a party.
