As a Member
•Must be a active member in good standing with HPEP
•Must be 18 or older
•Must agree to abide by the rules of the party while in attendance
•Must sign a Liability Waiver
As a Guest of a Member
•Must have at least one (1) sponsor.
•Must be accompanied by sponsor for entry, attendance thru out the party, & leave before or when the sponsor leaves the party.
•Member must contact the HPEP Membership Coordinator or board member a minimum of two (2) days prior to the party to request the guest name be placed on the Guest list.
As A New Comer (Non-sponsored)
•Must attend at least one (1) HPEP Newcomers munch prior to attending a party.
•May not bring a guest that hasn’t attended a HPEP Newcomers Munch.
•Must contact the HPEP Membership Coordinator or board member at the Munch, & again the day prior to the party to request to have name placed on the New Comer List.
