HPEP Board Meeting

A regular meeting of the HPEP Board of Directors was held at Midtown Bar & Grill

Meeting called to order by VintageKinkyDoll @ 6:12PM, July 9, 2017

Approval of Minutes

The minutes from the previous meeting in June were read and approved.



SIG Coordinator Report

1.HCC Meeting

Meeting was very quick.  Discussed LUEY schedule, installed new officers and will discuss LUEY at length next meeting


2.Bar Night – July

We served red, white and blue test tube shooters.  With tips, we raised $46.


3.Year End Closeout Reports

  • Line item expense of cleaning HEAT

4.Black & Blue Weekend Event

Went well.  Had a good energy on Saturday and will have a lot more to come for next year’s party.

1.Election Results

Under 3.1 and 4.4 of HPEP Bylaws, TexasLady4You, Girru and ShinyJewels were the 2017 Election Committee and certified the election results as follows:

All candidates met the requirements of the election rules and the percentage of votes obtained, all 7 members were installed as HPEP Board of Directors 2017-2018.

2.Board Officer Appointments 2017-2018

Motion: Nominations for Dominious, Shooter, Moh and Momma_Lynn for Board Officer positions. APPROVED

Event schedules will be worked out via email.  A yearly schedule will be decided on and posted for each Board Member to sign up to work our many events

Bar Night – minimum of 3, preferably 4, people per night; 8 nights per year

Pimping Schedules – every week mandatory. First week – bar night, 2nd & 3rd week – education, 3rd & 4th week – party

Party Schedules – minimum of 5 people per night, 10 parties per year



ReadyToPls submitted her resignation, via email on 7/9/17 @ 5:34PM.  It was read, in its entirety and accepted by the Board.  In the letter submitted, a point was incorrect and was then corrected for the remaining board members, by reading the contested message of time and date stamped information.


5.SaA and Head DM Planning

Head DM Dominious and SaA _Shooter_ will present the Board with their training requirements and manpower estimates for the upcoming year and events.  Due for September’s Meeting.
